Smiths Beach is a new build on Phillip Island’s rugged coast. Currently in early concept, this project is about creating more than just a house, it's a home meant to hold stories and be passed through generations as somewhere to gather and retreat. After the original was lost to fire, this rebuild is an opportunity for the client to express what home means to them, shaping a place that feels both personal and enduring.
